ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا الْآخَرِينَ
Then We caused to drown all others.
Among all of humanity, only the believers were saved from the flood by being carried in the ark. “All others” in this verse refers to all the disbelievers and all living beings except for two pairs of each creature. See explanation 23: 27; 30: 47; 36: 41; 40: 51-52.
